 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 10 Number of serum tests in patients with viral hepatitis and its prognosis index and its care [Abstract] Objective To investigate a number of serum tests in patients with severe viral hepatitis and its prognosis indicators and care methods. Methods January 2008 ~ May 2009 in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of severe viral hepatitis patients object, set the observation group, and selected control group of 60 healthy people, their use of appropriate care and treatment, after two groups of serum cholinesterase (CHE), prothrombin activity (PTA) , serum cholesterol (Chol), alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), CRP and complement C3 were detected and compared. Results of comparison found that the observed group, CHE, PTA, Chol and complement C3 were significantly lower than the control group, P all lt;0.01, significant difference, and CRP and the AFP level was significantly higher, P lt;0.01. and ultimately a greater difference between patients who died. Conclusion viral hepatitis CHE, PTA, Chol, AFP, CRP and Complement C3 levels correlated with the prognosis of large, is worthy of further study. Methods 60 cases with severe viral hepatitis hospitalized in the period from Jan., 2008 to May, 2009 were selected to form the observation group and 60 normal the control group; related treatment and nursing were performed, and then the levels of CHE, PTA, Chol, AFP, CRP and complement C3 of the cases in both groups were detected and the results were analyzed. Results The levels of CHE , PTA, Chol and complement C3 of the cases in observation group were much lower than those in control group and the difference was of significance (P lt;0.01); the levels of CRP and AFP of the patients in observation group were higher than those in control group (P lt
