Methods: 60 elderly patients with LC were randomly divided into intervention group and control group 30 patients. Control group received routine care , the intervention group on this basis to give specific nursing intervention. Comparison of two groups of patients admitted to hospital after 30min before surgery the rectal temperature, heart rate, mean arterial pressure, the incidence of anxiety and satisfaction of nursing work. Results: The intervention group 30min before surgery in patients with rectal temperature, heart rate, mean arterial blood pressure, anxiety was lower than the control group (P lt;0.05), relatively higher satisfaction (P lt;0.05). Conclusion: LC perioperative nursing intervention to stabilize the physical and psychological environment in elderly patients has a positive effect.
