Methods: SPSS12.0 software package for statistical analysis of 142 papers. Results: The average score of 60.704 student achievement results were negatively skewed distribution of the whole difficulty index of 0.664 volumes to distinguish between degrees 0.687, reliability of 0.718. Conclusion: The better the credibility of examinations, papers overall moderate degree of difficulty, suitable for implementation of the final exam. Keywords: difficult to distinguish between degrees of quality analysis of reliability Abstract Objective: In order to improve teaching quality, the quality analysis of Preventive medicine examination, according to Nursing profession 2006 class in Zunyi medical and pharmaceutical college, was performed in this passage. Method: One hundred and forty two test papers were analyzed with statistics software SPSS 12.0. Result: Students average score is 64.937, degree of difficulty is 0.664, degree of distinction is 0.687, reliability is 0.718, and the examination result distribution is negative skewness in this examination papers. Conclusion: The reliability and degree of distinction is good, the degree of difficulty is moderate in this examination, which is suitable for final examination.
