Of bacterial urinary tract infection and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria constitute
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the bacterial composition of urinary tract infection pathogens and in vitro drug resistance to provide a basis for clinical treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of two years in patients with urinary tract infection pathogens and major pathogens cultured in vitro drug resistance. The results of 927 E. coli urinary tract infection pathogens accounted for 40.99%, ranked No. 1 in the other major pathogens were Staphylococcus 8.63%, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 7.77%, 6.36% Gardnerella vaginalis, Klebsiella Bo spp 5.50%, 5.39% Candida, Proteus 3.34%. G-bacteria showed susceptibility to imipenem, cefoperazone / sulbactam, ceftazidime resistance rates of the lowest E. coli to a higher rate of levofloxacin resistance, reaching 76%. The vast majority of MRS strains of Staphylococcus, Enterococcus faecalis is sensitive to penicillin, feces enterococci on the contrary, does not appear vancomycin-resistant enterococci, Gardnerella vaginalis to penicillin and vancomycin sensitive. Conclusion Escherichia coli urinary tract infection is still a major bacterial pathogens, Gardnerella vaginalis has also become one of the important pathogens of urinary tract infection. Clinical first-line drug resistance has been widespread, it must attach importance to bacteria and drug susceptibility testing, the rational use of antibiotics and reduce drug resistance of bacteria produce selective in order to improve the cure rate of urinary tract infection.
