Abstract: The people - job matching theory, when an employee interested in career matches with their occupation, satisfaction and productivity will be greatly improved. In Hefei, two supermarkets and a home appliance retailers 289 employees and career interests the impact of an empirical relationship between factors. The results show that: professional ability, demographic variables, career values, career personality on career interests are significantly affected, in turn influence the increase, and the interaction of vocational interests also have significant impact.

Commercial retail is facing fierce competition in the market, how in the fierce market competition in an invincible position, commercial retail enterprises in China the primary problem.
