Of hyperbaric oxygen on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in serum and cerebrospinal fluid concentration of S100β [Abstract] Objective To investigate the hyperbaric oxygen on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (Hypoxic  ischemia encephalopathy, HIE) treatment of the mechanism. Method in 30 cases of children with moderate and severe HIE were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group, all 15 cases; the other select the same period 15 cases of newborns born in hospital as a healthy control group. Conventional therapy group received routine support and symptomatic treatment, hyperbaric oxygen treatment group was added on the basis of hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Healthy control group without any treatment. Using ELISA, serum and cerebrospinal fluid of newborn S100β protein concentration. Results After treatment, conventional treatment group and the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group S100β concentrations were lower in hyperbaric oxygen treatment group was reduced even more significantly, compared with healthy control group, no significant difference (P 1
