On Determination of 3 kinds of Zushima phenylpropanoids of the Content

[Abstract] Objective To establish the HPLC method for simultaneous determination of Daphnetin Zushima ,7-OH coumarin, syringin content. Methods using YMC-Pack ODS column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), to methanol -0.5% acetic acid - water (8 ︰ 19 ︰ 1) as mobile phase, dual-wavelength detection, λ1 = 327 nm, λ2 = 266 nm, flow rate 1.0 mL / min, column temperature of 30 ℃. the results of three components were can be baseline separated, the average recovery of each component in between 98.41% ~ 100.18%. Conclusion is simple, reliable, reproducible, and can be used as the method for quality control of medicines.

Abstract: Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of daphnetin, 7-OH coumarin and syringing in Zushima. Methods The separation was performed on YMC-Pack ODS (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.5% acetic acid-water (19 ︰ 8 ︰ 1) as gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL / min. The dual detective wavelength was set at 327 nm and 266 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Baseline separation was achieved for the analysis of the three index components. The average recoveries were 98.4% ~ 100.2%. Conclusion This method is convenient, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control in production of Zushima.
