Methods: From June 1999 ~ April 2007 a total of 53 cases of patients during spleen-preserving surgery in situ, simple suture repair in 19 cases, splenic artery ligation and suture repair in 18 cases, partial splenic resection of splenic capsule grafting 16 cases. Results: No one cases of postoperative recurrent intra-abdominal bleeding, subphrenic infection, postoperative dangerous infection (OPSI), atelectasis, pneumonia, and postoperative complications such as splenic vein thrombosis. Patients were followed up for more than a year are OK B ultrasonic examination, see the spleen survived well. Conclusion: By following the basic principles of spleen-preserving therapy and implement individualized treatment programs, in-situ spleen-preserving surgery in splenic injury in application security, viable, worthy of promotion.
