Methods: 12 female (C57BL/6J × DBA / 2) F1 hybrid mice were randomly divided into model group and normal control group, n = 6. In 16 over the weekend were killed, kidneys OK HE and Masson staining, immunohistochemical staining to detect TGF-β1, p38MAPK, P-p38MAPK in the kidney-specific expression, RT-PCR of each group studied renal tissue TGF-β1, p38MAPK mRNA of expression, Western blot quantitative detection of TGF-β1, p38MAPK, P-p38MAPK protein expression level, and to observe two groups of mice 24h urinary protein excretion. Results: Compared with normal control group, model group mice 24h urinary protein excretion, TGF-β1, p38MAPK and P-p38MAPK protein and mRNA expression increased significantly (P lt;0.01), TGF-β1 and the expression of p38MAPK was positively correlated ( r = 0.418, P lt;0.05). Conclusion: cGVHD mice with lupus-like renal tissue TGF-β1, p38MAPK and P-p38MAPK protein and mRNA expression was significantly raised, p38MAPK signaling pathway in lupus nephritis may be the process of renal fibrosis play an important role.
