[Results] 30 patients were evaluable for efficacy, were PR12 cases, NC8 cases, PD10 cases, the whole group no cases of CR, with a total effective rate was 40.0%, median TTP was 6.1 months; of which 19 cases of newly diagnosed patients with total efficiency of 42.2%, with a median TTP of 6.4 months; 13 cases of re-treatment in patients with a total effective rate was 36.4%, with a median TTP was 5.7 months. The major toxic reactions of Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ degree of hematologic toxicity and gastrointestinal reactions. [Conclusion] Taxol combined with fluorouracil continuous infusion gaya, CF positive effect of treatment of elderly advanced gastric cancer, the patient can tolerate. Particularly in newly diagnosed patients, deserves further research.
