Methods silica gel Sephadex LH-20, RP-ODS column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography and other methods of paniculata (Microcos paniculata L.) were Purification and identification of compounds with spectroscopic methods of structure. results from paniculata isolated 12 compounds were identified as isorhamnetin ①, kaempferol ②, fragrant acid ③, on coumaric acid ④, A Wei acid ⑤, ABA ⑥, vitexin ⑦, isovitexin ⑧, Narcissus glycosides ⑨, isorhamnetin 3-O-β-D-glucoside ⑩, different Folai cardiac glycosides, epicatechin and kaempferol 3-O-β-D-(6-O-trans-hydroxy cinnamic acid) glucoside. Conclusions Among these compounds, and compounds 1 ~ 6 12 ~ 13 for the first time isolated from this plant. MethodsThe chemical components were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and preparative HPLC chromatographies, and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. ResultsTwelve compounds were isolated and identified as isorhamnetin ( 1), kaempferol (2), isovanillic acid (3), p-coumaric acid (4), ferulic acid (5), abscisic acid (6), vitexin (7), isovitexin (8), narcissin (9), isorhamnetin3 -O-β-D-glucopyranoside (10), isoviolanthin (11), epicatechin (12) and kaempferol3-O-β-D-(6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl) glucopyranoside (13), respectively. ConclusionCompounds 1 ~ 6 and compounds 12 ~ 13 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
