MethodsUsing the orthogonal design, the extraction technology were optimized by content determination of total flavonoids and glycyrrhizic acid. ResultsThe best extraction condition was to soak the herbs in 14 times water and boil 3 times, each time for 1 hour. ConclusionThis process is stable and suitable for production.
