Abstract: Objective To optimize the best extraction of anti-influenza particles. Methods of total flavonoids and glycyrrhizic acid content of the indexes, using the orthogonal experimental method to combat a sense of particle extraction process were optimized. Results The optimum extraction process as follows: Add water to 14 times, extraction time 1 h, extraction times of 3 times. Conclusion The technique, good stability, suitable for industrial production.

Study on Process for Extraction of Kanggan Granule
Abstract: ObjectiveTo establish the optimum extraction technology of Kanggan granule. MethodsUsing the orthogonal design, the extraction technology were optimized by content determination of total flavonoids and glycyrrhizic acid. ResultsThe best extraction condition was to soak the herbs in 14 times water and boil 3 times, each time for 1 hour. ConclusionThis process is stable and suitable for production.
