Methods: 58 patients with various pancreatic diseases, bile duct in patients with conventional MRI and MRCP examination and by surgical pathology or (and) other imaging examination confirmed. Results: MRCP can clearly show the anatomy of pancreatic duct can be a good show pancreatic duct lesions of disease, the degree of obstructive jaundice and location of obstruction was 100% diagnostic accuracy of malignant obstructive jaundice qualitative accuracy of 94.7%. Conclusion: MRCP is a safe, non-invasive examination methods can show pancreatic duct anatomy and pathological changes, combined with the original image and conventional MRI scans to improve diagnosis of pancreaticobiliary duct diseases. [Keywords:] magnetic resonance imaging; cholangiopancreatography; pancreatic duct diseases Image Analysis of Biliopancreatic Diseases Abstract: Objective To investigate the qualitative diagnostic value of MRCP in patients with biliopancreatic disease.Methods MRCP and conventional MR images were performed in 58 patients with biliopancreatic disease.Final diagnosis was confirmed by operation and pathology or other imagilogic examination.Results MRCP can exhibit the structure of pancreaticobiliary duct and the site of the diseased duct.The accuracy of MRCP in diagnosis of the degree and location of obstructive jaundice was 100%, the qualitative diagnosis of malignant obstructive jaundice was 94.7%. Conclusion MRCP is a safe and noninvasive effective imagilogic examination for displaying the anatomy and pathological changes of the ducts.Combining with the source images and conventional MRI scanning for analysis, the diagnostic liven of biliopancreatic diseases is improved.
