Results Patients with COPD group anti-Hp antibody positive rate was 71.25% in the control group serum anti-Hp antibody detection rate was 43.75% (P lt;0.01); removal of the age, sex, smoking and other risk factors, smoking index Hp infection in COPD patients significantly increased relative risk (OR = 3.19). COPD group, type Hp detection rate (38.75%) than control group (31.25%); removal of the age, sex, smoking and risk factors of smoking index infected with Hp strains of type risk of COPD patients was significantly higher (OR = 3.68); Hp infection were higher than the risk of suffering from COPD, but type Hp strains did not significantly increase the risk of infection risk of COPD (OR values to 1.03).
