MethodsThe total flavonoids in Complex Prescription Kudouzi Granules were extracted with 70% alcohol, and then were processed into the samples, finally the samples were determined at the wavelength of 500 nm. ResultsRutin showed a good linear relationship with absorbance when its concentration was in the range of 10.0 ~ 50.0 mg * L-1, and the regression equation established was A = 12.31C-0.012 9 (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery of rutin was 96.87% (RSD = 3.09%, n = 5). ConclusionThis procedure is simple and accurate, and can be used for quality control of Complex Prescription Kudouzi Granules.
