Medical science of function (physiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology) is the main course of higher medical school, is to study the development of the phenomenon of life the body, changes in the process of reasoning the basic principles and mechanisms of discipline [1], is the basic concept of medical students , basic knowledge and basic operation of the establishment and training courses for clinical and lay a solid foundation and application. Thus, in function experiment teaching should focus on their comprehensive reference and operating abilities, to enhance their learning enthusiasm and initiative to stimulate their creativity. To this end, in teaching had a “problem-based learning (Problem Based Learning, PBL) model” of reform attempts. PBL is Canada’s McMaster University, founded in 1969, the first [2], is now considered a better promote student critical thinking ability of the teaching method [3]. It emphasizes start from the issues, to stimulate students interest in learning so that students in a targeted manner and to explore theories knowledge, thinking and judging students analyze and solve problems.
1 Subjects and methods
