Methods pituitrin (PIT)-induced myocardial ischemia, monitoring of standards Ⅱ ECG; mice by intraperitoneal injection PIT, serum lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase enzyme (SOD), and creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity. The results assured that significantly ease the PIT-induced ECG T-wave changes. In the PIT-induced myocardial ischemia model, the peace of mind can increase SOD activity, reduce serum LDH, CK, MDA activity. Conclusion peace of mind of the PIT-induced myocardial ischemia have better protection. Keywords:: peace of mind; myocardial ischemia; pituitrin Protective Effect of Anxin on Pituitrin-induced Myocardial Ischemic Injury Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe protective effects of Anxin, a complex of Chinese medicine, on myocardial ischemic injury. MethodsThe electrocardiograph (ECG) was observed in myocardial ischemia rats induced by pituitrin (PIT) through lingual vein; the contents of MDA, SOD, CK and LDH in serum were assayed, respectively, in myocardial ischemia mice which pituitrin was peritoneal injected.ResultsHigh (2.8 g / kg), medium (1.4 g / kg) dose of Anxin could obviously relieve the ECG changes caused by pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia in rats. The threshold dose of Anxin (4 g / kg, 2 g / kg) decreased CK, LDH, MDA production and increased SOD activity in the serum of mice.ConclusionAnxin possesses the protective effect on myocardial ischemia induced by PIT.
