【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the fungal pneumonia in children, the clinical risk factors and prevention, treatment measures. Methods: A retrospective analysis of Chongqing Medical University Children’s Hospital, ICU 2007 Nian from 6 months to April 2008 11 cases of children diagnosed with fungal pneumonia in patients with clinical manifestations, imaging findings, laboratory tests, treatment and prognosis. Results: The fungal pneumonia occur in the younger infants and young children, more common pathogen Candida albicans. 9 cases (81.8%) complicated with congenital heart disease, 11 cases were diagnosed a long time before the use of broad-spectrum intravenous antibiotics and the history of intubation and mechanical ventilation. All patients had cough, expectoration, of which 10 cases had varying degrees of heat. The group children were using the amphotericin B therapy. 11 cases of children killed in 2 cases (18.2%), giving up 1 case (9.1%), cured in 8 cases (72.7%). Conclusion: Candida is a fungal infection in children, deep common pathogens, their incidence and prognosis is related to host factors, the use of antibiotics and antifungal therapy are closely linked.

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate clinical predisposing factors of fungus pneumonia of children and its prevention and treatment. Methods: Retrospective analysis was done on 11 cases diagnosed as fungus pneumonia, including its clinical manifestation, imaging manifestation, laboratory examination, treatment and recovery.
