Methods 30 COPD patients were studied, 30 healthy volunteers as control group, serum T cell subsets, natural killer cells (NK) cells before and after treatment levels of serum IL 6, IL 8, TNF @ level, and with the first 1 sec forced expiratory volume (FEV1) to do correlation analysis. results in acute exacerbation of COPD serum CD3 +, Th (CD3 + CD4 +), Th / Ts, NK cells were lower than healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.01 ), Ts (CD3 + CD8 +) in each group showed no significant difference in serum levels of T cell subsets, NK cell levels and FEV1 was no significant correlation (Pgt; 0.05); COPD patients with serum IL 6, IL 8 and TNF @ were significantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.01), and pretreatment serum IL 6, IL 8 and TNF @ level was higher than after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05 ). COPD acute exacerbation of serum IL 8, IL 6, TNF @ negative correlation with FEV1 (r =- 0.72, P lt;0.05; r =- 0.74, P lt;0.05; r =- 0.75, P lt;0.05); COPD acute phase serum IL 6, IL 8 level and TNF @ level was positively correlated (r = 0.60, P lt;0.05; r = 0.65, P lt;0.05). Conclusion COPD acute exacerbation of cellular immune function were significantly reduced, there is T cell subsets reduction in the level of balance, and NK cells; serum IL 6, IL 8, TNF @ excessive secretion of these changes in the development of COPD play an important role as a monitoring condition, an important indicator of therapeutic effect.
