In this paper, high-resolution CT-guided percutaneous puncture of 56 cases of lung lesions around the clinical data of elderly patients were analyzed to explore the CT guided percutaneous fine needle lung biopsy accuracy and safety. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Object CT guided percutaneous needle lung lesions around the 56 patients, male 40 cases and 16 females. Clinical manifestations: physical examination found 10 cases, 3 cases of fever , 14 cases of cough, sputum, blood in 5 cases, 13 cases of chest pain, shortness of breath in 1 case, upper abdominal pain in 3 cases, 1 case of dysphagia, with a small amount of pleural effusion in 10 cases, with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in 8 cases, 8 cases of tumor patients (renal cell carcinoma 1 case of esophageal cancer in 1 case, 1 case of breast cancer, lung cancer in 2 cases, 3 cases of colon cancer), chemotherapy in 2 cases (1 case of lung cancer line systemic chemotherapy, but no pathological basis), lymphoma, chemotherapy in 2 cases, pulmonary infection After treatment, 6 cases of anti-inflammatory, anti-TB treatment in 2 cases. lesion location and size: lesion diameter 9 ~ 90 mm, the average (25.4 + -1.30) mm. including 48 cases of solitary lesions and 5 cases with empty; multiple lesions 8 cases.
