Methods 112 cases of CVA patients were randomly divided into study and control group 55 patients, 57 cases in control group Budesonide + terbutaline inhalation study group were treated on the basis of additional services Pill. Determination of vital capacity before and after treatment (FVC), the first end of forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1) and peak expiratory flow rate percentage (PEF %), statistical treatment of the two groups were followed up for 3 years, recording symptoms, signs, seizure frequency and a typical conversion rate of asthma. Results (1) FEV1 and PEF% difference between treatment groups was statistically significant (P lt;0.05 or P lt;0.01). (2) study group were cured, effective and non effective rate was 36.36%, 49.09% and 14.55%; the control group were 21.05%, 45.61% and 33.33%, Z =- 2.468, P = 0.014, difference statistically significant. (3) 6 months after the end of treatment group and control group recurrence rate was 21.82% and 40.35%, χ2 = 4.475, P = 0.034, the difference was statistically significant. (4) 3 years of a typical conversion rate of asthma and control groups were 14.55% and 33.33%, χ2 = 5.400, P = 0.020, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Pill can improve lung function in children with CVA, reduce asthma symptoms and typical conversion rate of recurrence.
