 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 3 Plastic brush sampling method used in cervical smear detection of lesions [Abstract] Objective To investigate the plastic brush sampling method in cervical smear test the significance of lesions in order to find early stage cervical cancer screening and reasonable options. Methods 2005, 5 to 12 months in Xuzhou City, First People’s Hospital Obstetrics and Gynecology out-patient treatment of women in cervical smears of each of the traditional method (1850 cases), plastic brush smear sampling method (1500 cases), liquid-based cytology (TCT) Law (2200 cases) for detection of cervical lesions. The results of conventional cervical smears, plastic brush smear sampling method, TCT law for more than ASCUS lesion detection rates were 4.9%, 9.8%, 10.2%, compared with the former the latter two a result, the difference was statistically significant ( P amp;lt;0.01), no significant difference between the results of the latter two (Pamp;gt; 0.05). Three positive consistent with the pathological diagnosis rate was 20.8%, 36.7%, 35.8%, the latter two obvious advantages compared with the former (P amp;lt;0.05), no significant difference between the latter two (Pamp;gt; 0.05).
