Conclusion: The incidence of type 1 DM and cytokines IL4, IL10 reduced, IFNγ elevated, EAPAOA safe range, can be adjusted in the pathogenesis of STZ mice levels of cytokines to interfere with the occurrence and development of type 1 DM.
