[Abstract] Objective To study the volatile components Poria. Methods using organic solvents - Poria volatile components extracted by steam distillation, using GC-MS for separation and determination, combined with computer retrieval technology structure elucidation of isolated compounds, the application chromatographic peak area normalization method to calculate the relative percentage content of each component. Results Poria ultrafine isolated 131 components were identified 67 chemical constituents, accounting for 51.145 percent of the total volatile oil, of which the relative percentage content of more than 2%, respectively identified as nonanal Nonanal 2.058%; camphor Camphor 2.401%; 2,3 - dimethyl decalin 2,3-dimethyl Decalin 3.819%; anti-nerolidol trans-Nerolidol 2.266%; Farnesol Farnesol 3.322%; α -cedar alcohol α -Cedrol 7.936%. Conclusion first reported the use of simple organic solvents - Poria ultrafine powder extracted by steam distillation of volatile components.

Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Poria cocos.MethodsThe chemical compositions of the volatile oil obtained by organic-team distillation with hexane were analyzed by GC-MS. The constituents were identified by their mass spectra. The relative percentage of the oil constituents was calculated from the GC peak areas. ResultsOne hundred and thirty-one kinds of chemical constituents in micro-milling of Poria Cocos were separated; of which sixty-seven compounds representing 51.145% of the oil were characterized. Relative contents that were more than 2% were determined as Nonanal 2.058%, Camphor 2.401% ,2,3-dimethyl Decalin 3.819%, trans-Nerolidol 2.266%, Farnesol 3.322%, α -Cedrol 7.936%.
