Methods of collecting clinically confirmed 34 cases of secondary portal vein cavernous transformation of the MSCT data of patients, all patients underwent abdominal helical CT level .10 sweep and three cases of enhanced scan multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), curved planar reformation (CPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP) post-processing methods such as angiography. The results of portal vein cavernous transformation of the spiral CT mainly as follows: portal vein branch expansion or enlargement of the trunk, portal vein can be seen walking the line area tortuous expansion, venous disorders shadow of a transient liver abnormalities in arterial perfusion, showed the primary lesion. Conclusion The spiral CT can be optimized portal collateral circulation displayed in the diagnosis secondary portal vein cavernous transformation of the means of effective inspection.
