【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the post-menopausal women age, menopause age, menarche age, fertility and breast-feeding time and the distal radius bone mineral density relationship. Methodology to investigate the 159 healthy post-menopausal women’s age, menopausal age, menarche age, number of births, breast-feeding time, measuring height, weight, distal radial bone mineral density, for analysis. The results of age and women over 55 years of age “50 years of age were statistically significant difference between bone mineral density (P lt;0.01). Post-menopausal age ≥ 10 years persons in each group and the postmenopausal years 1 to 4 years, when compared, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.01). Breast-feeding time 0 ~ 16 months group and 17 to 36 months and “36 months group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.01). ≤ 1 times the number of births and those ≥ 4 times the number of births compared, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.01). Single-factor correlation analysis showed that age, menopause age, number of births, breast-feeding time and distal radius BMD was negatively correlated (P lt;0.01). Adjust the height, body mass index after partial correlation analysis showed that age, menopause age, number of births, breast-feeding time and distal radius BMD was negatively correlated (P lt;0.01 or P lt;0.05). Conclusion Age, menopause age, number of births, breast-feeding time on bone mineral density in the distal radius.
Keywords: Bone mineral density; after menopause; post-menopausal years
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the relationship of age, menopausal period, age of menarche, parity and lactation and bone mineral density (BMD). Methods Totally, 159 healthy postmenopausal women were investigated. The age, menopausal period, age of menarche, parity, l
