The column temperature was 30 ℃ , and peaks were detected at 230 nm . ResultsThe study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific.The linear range of naringin was 0.536 ~ 2.144 μ g, r = 0.9995, the average recovery was 97.96%, RSD = 1.71% (n = 6). ConclusionThe method is easy, accurate and reproducible.It can be used effectively for the quality control of this preparation.
