Methods From 25 patients with primary splenic tumor patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results except 4 cases were lost, the remaining 21 cases were followed up for 15 months to 4 years. 7 cases in which patients with benign tumors were alive; cancer patients were followed up 14 patients, survival lt;1 year in 5 cases, 1 to 3 years survival of 6 patients, survivalgt; 3 years in 3 cases. Conclusions B-, CT and other tests, the diagnosis of primary splenic tumor is the primary means of treatment of choice for surgery. Methods The clinical data of 25 cases with PSN were analyzed retrospectively.Results Apart from 4 cases who failed to follow up, 21 cases had been observed during the follow up for 15 months to 4 years.7 cases with benign neoplasm were still alive during the follow up.Among the 14 cases with malignant neoplasm in the follow up, there were 5 cases whose life span was over one year, 6 cases for one to three years, 3 cases over three years.Conclusion B ultrasonography and CT are the main methods of diagnosing PSN.Operation is the first method for treatment.
