In this paper, in recent years, platelet function and detection methods, such as platelet function tests in general, platelet adhesion function test, determination of platelet aggregation and platelet release by the determination of blood platelets from clotting activity assay and flow cytometry in platelet function tests in the application of the research progress were reviewed, and made a brief study of the prospects ahead.
