Methods 60 patients with congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group, 30 cases of conventional therapy, the treatment group 30 cases on the basis of conventional therapy with prostaglandin E1 treatment. Results of clinical symptoms, mean pulmonary artery pressure mPAP, arterial partial pressure of oxygen, arterial oxygen saturation has improved significantly. Conclusion PGE1 can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, a significant reduction in mPAP, to improve arterial oxygen and arterial oxygen saturation, pulmonary hypertension with congenital heart disease treatment effective.
