Methods December 2008 -2009 in December among 240 cases of pregnant women at antenatal clinics regularly by specially trained nurse under the unified guidance of language to complete questionnaires, including maternal age, occupation, education level, gestational age, birth parity, complications, and knowledge of childbirth. Results The incidence of prenatal anxiety, 25.9%, 15.5% incidence of depression. Agegt; 30 years group , highly educated group, the early maternal history of abortion complications in group and incidence of anxiety and depression were higher than those aged lt;30 years group, low education group, the mothers, primipara group and without complications, the differences were significant. anxiety group and the depression group rate of cesarean section and vaginal delivery was significantly higher than those without anxiety and depression group. were 64.8%, 35.5% and 9.8%, 4.2% (P all lt;0.05). pregnant women at antenatal clinics psychological state and influence factors on the mode of delivery to a certain extent, must implement appropriate psychological intervention.
