Methods A retrospective study analyzed from November 2005 to October 2006 between radical radiotherapy in our hospital received 48 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, the clinical efficacy analysis. KapLan-Meier method using statistical analysis. Results 3 months after the end of treatment complete remission (CR) 41 patients and partial remission (PR) 5 cases, no change (NC) 2 cases of local tumor control rate was 95.8%. For six months and one year overall survival rates were 100.0% and 97.9%, and 1 patient died of systemic metastases after a year. Conclusions Radiation therapy is the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is one better.
