Methods 116 patients with refractory schizophrenia under the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale score ≥ 4 points in the different number of items as the standard, patients were divided into positive subtype group, negative subtype group, a comparative analysis of mixed-type group . Results The difference between the two groups was significant (χ 2 = 7.569, P = 0.023). Positive subtype group than in the other groups starting older, with a total duration of shorter hospitalization times less significant difference (P amp;lt;0.01 or P amp;lt;0.05); mixed drug group than in the other groups are many kinds of significant difference (P amp;lt;0.01 or P amp;lt; 0.05);-positive subtype of acute or subacute onset, significantly more than other groups, negative subtypes of group and mixed group of chronic onset.
