Methods using PCR - RFLP technique on 125 cases of normal methionine synthase gene amplification and spectrum analysis, combined with past literature published comparisons between different regions. The results in Qinghai Province in MS normal female genotype A / A up to see, A / G times. A / A genotype frequency of 0.5760, A / G is 0.4160, G / G is 0.0080. Compared with other regions, MS genotype in the normal women in Qinghai Province and other parts of the distribution of population in the distribution of significant difference.
