U251 apoptotic cells occurs mainly G1 cell cycle phase arrest. Conclusion Res pairs of U251, U87, and SHG  44 cell growth inhibition and apoptosis in U87 cells, more pronounced on the U251 cells in vitro in a concentration and time-dependent reaction and caused changes in their cell cycle.
