SAP group COX 2, iNOS expression and NO concentration at each time point were significantly higher than sham operation group (P lt;0.05), RES group of COX 2 expression in 6,12 h was significantly lower than the SAP, iNOS and NO at all time points was significantly lower than those of SAP, the difference statistically significant (P lt;0.05).
