Methods The rat tail vein injection of fetal calf serum-induced serum sickness-type nephritis, serum sickness glomerulonephritis of rats fed alcohol for Rosa laevigata extract for 4 weeks to observe the Rosa laevigata alcohol extract of serum sickness-type nephritis rat urine creatinine, urine protein and serum total protein, creatinine and blood urea nitrogen effect. The results of Rosa laevigata extract significantly reduced alcohol serum sickness-type nephritis model rats urine protein, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels, elevated serum total protein content, reducing the pathological changes of kidney tissue. Conclusion Rosa laevigata alcohol extract can reduce the serum sickness type nephritis rat model of glomerular lesions and to improve renal function.
