Methods DiamonsilTM C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm) column, methanol -5% phosphoric acid - triethylamine (44:56:0.37) as mobile phase, detection wavelength of 360 nm, flow rate of 1.0 ml / min. Results of hyperin in the 0.05 ~ 0.28 μg peak area was within the range of a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 8, n = 6), the average recovery was 99.83% (n = 5), RSD was 0.90%. Conclusion The method is fast, simple, accurate and can be used according to White Mountain in hyperin quality control. The mobile phase was methanol-5% phosphoric-triethylamine (44:56 : 0.37). The flow rate was 1.0ml/min, the detective wavelength at 360nm.20μl sampler and external method were used. Results A satisfactory separation was obtained.The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.05 ~ 0.28μg for ribavirin ( r = 0.999 8, n = 6). The average recovery of ribavirin was 99.83% (n = 5) with RSD of 0.90%. ConclusionThe method is quick and simple with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Hyperin in Manchurian rhododendron Leaf.
