The results of matrine in the 40.00 ~ 200.0 μg * ml-1 showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 8), in the Qing Yikang cream in the average recovery was 98.44%, RSD of 1.97% (n = 6) . CONCLUSION The method is sensitive, accurate, specific, reproducible, clear Yikang cream can be used as quality control.
