Methods HPLC, column was ZORBAX Extend  C18 column (4.6 mm * 150 mm, 5 μ m), mobile phase was methanol   water-phosphoric acid (47:53:0.2) and the detection wavelength of 316 nm. The linear range of the results of baicalin 10.04 ~ 77.2 μ g / ml, r = 0.999 8 (n = 7); recovery was 100.5% (n = 6), RSD is 1.22%. Conclusion method is simple, stable and able to effectively control the quality of the preparation.
