The results showed that: In 25 patients with acute myeloid leukemia patients and four cases of SOCS-1 mRNA expression was positive, the positive rate of 16  00%, in 25 cases of chronic myeloid leukemia patients and 11 cases of SOCS-1 mRNA expression was positive, the positive rate of 44.00% , the difference is statistically significant. In 25 cases of chronic myeloid leukemia patients, progression-free group (chronic phase) 12 cases were positive in 2 cases, while the progress of group (accelerated phase and blastic phase) in 13 cases, positive in 11 cases, statistically significant difference between the two groups. SOCS-1 mRNA positive CML patients with poor response to interferon therapy, entered an acceleration period the majority of SOCS-1 mRNA expression was persistently positive, the condition of sexual development, and prognosis is poor. Conclusion: The acute and chronic myeloid leukemia in peripheral blood mononuclear cells can be detected in SOCS-1 mRNA expression, CML patients with a high positive rate, accelerated phase and blastic phase was significantly more positive expression, and response to interferon treatment and prognosis of closely related.
