Methods Immunohistochemical staining of 25 cases of HD patients and 10 cases of control group children in the colon. Results (1) in the normal control group and the HD expansion in clusters between the bowel wall muscle and submucosa can be seen a pair of CAD only in nerve ganglion cells positive for the expression of the nerve fibers and glial cells did not express. S-100 staining and CAD staining contrast, nerve fibers and glial cells were positive for the expression of negative expression in ganglion cells, showing a pair of positive nerve cells like “blank zone.” (2) In the HD group of intestinal stenosis a pair neural expression of a lack of CAD-positive. S-100 staining nerve cells, like a pair of “blank area” was not observed; S-100 strongly positive expression of nerve fiber bundle marked hyperplasia, distorted wavy. Conclusions S-100 and CAD-immunohistochemistry in the diagnosis of HD of great significance.
