Methods: 24 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into sham operation group, ischemia-reperfusion injury group (model group), and SA  B treatment group. Left anterior descending artery ligation of rabbit heart caused by myocardial ischemia and 0.5 h after 4 h reperfusion produced myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model.
