Thin Layer Chromatography Rukuaixiao mixture of orange leaves, Salvia, Gleditsia sinensis thorns earthworm; by high-performance liquid chromatography preparation of Danshensu quantitative analysis. The results of qualitative identification of separation is good, a strong specificity; Danshensu linear range of determination of 0.106 7 ~ 1.067μg (r = 0.999 8, n = 6), the average recovery was 99.87% (RSD = 1.73% , n = 6). Conclusion The establishment of the method is reliable, accurate, specific, can effectively control the quality of Rukuaixiao mixture. MethodsPheretina, Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Gleditsia sinensis stings and Folium Citri were identified by TLC.Danshensu was determined by HPLC. ResultsThe characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific.The quantitative evaluation of thymol had the linear range of 0.1067 ~ 1.067μg (r = 0.9998, n = 6). The average recovery of standard addition was 99.87%, and RSD was1.73%. ConclusionThe method is reliable, accurate and specific.It can be used for quality control of Rukuaixiao Mixture.
