Methods 140 patients re-treated sputum positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group 70 cases, the conventional anti-TB drug treatment in the same time, with Ling TB treatment, 70 patients in control group, simple to conventional anti-TB drug therapy. observe the focus absorption, cavity closure, sputum conversion and improvement of clinical symptoms. Results treatment and control groups in strengthening of the sputum conversion rate respectively 82.86% and 67.14%, 2 groups was statistically significant difference (P lt;0.05), 2 groups of lesions enhanced absorption and cavity closure was significant difference between conditions (P lt;0.05). Conclusion spirit tuberculosis is effective, bacteria can significantly shorten the waiting time, rapid increase in sputum conversion rates, enhancing lesions absorption, a higher clinical value.
