The first three and the hormone group were given traditional Chinese medicine after the treatment and methyl disolonum, in after 24h, 7d, 14d, 21d, 28d in each group observed recovery of motor function in rat spinal cord, spinal cord local calcium ion concentration and spinal cord histological changes. [Results] The compound group of spinal cord motor function score, and inhibit calcium ion concentration is superior to hormone group; compound group of lesions and Fang Ⅰ, Ⅱ compared side, there is reduced lesion performance. [Conclusion] The traditional Chinese medicine and hormones in inhibiting the process of spinal cord injury, can protect nerve tissue from damage and inhibition of proliferation and calcium ion concentration BNDF play a useful role. From the function and morphology confirmed the more traditional Chinese medicine similar to hormone therapy in the near term and long-term efficacy of effectiveness.
