Methods 186 cases (242) PDR patients with information on 123-line full-retinal photocoagulation, vitrectomy 119 OK, the timing of surgery and treatment were analyzed. Postoperative follow-up of 640 months. Results PDR Ⅳ period, Ⅴ patients with row after vitrectomy improved visual acuity compared to 78.4%, Ⅵ period the patient was 43.7%; PDR Ⅳ patients with retinal photocoagulation treatment of the whole line after the effective rate was 80.8%, Ⅴ of 58.2% in patients with ; unincorporated PDR vitreous hemorrhage in patients with stage Ⅴ, PRP treatment rate was 58.2%, while the visual acuity improved after vitrectomy accounted for 78.9%. Intraoperative complications are mainly iatrogenic retinal breaks, vitreous rebleeding postoperative complications, retinal detachment, neovascular glaucoma. Conclusion correctly grasp the PDR patients with panretinal photocoagulation and vitrectomy time in order to improve the efficacy effectively improve vision in patients with PDR. All were followed up for 6 to 40 months. Results After vitrectomy, visual acuity was improved in 78.4% eyes of the Ⅳ and Ⅴ PDR groups and 43.7% of the Ⅵ PDR group. After PRP, visual acuity was improved in 80.8% eyes of the Ⅳ PDR group and 58.2% of the Ⅴ PDR group.
