第 36 卷第 2 期 冶金自动化 Vol. 36 No.2 2012 年 3 月 Metallurgìcal IndustrγAutomatìon Mar. 2012 ·企业信息化技术· 基于普钢成本子系统的特钢 ERP 成本子系统及实现 李秋健 (江阴兴澄特种钢铁有限公司计算机中心，江苏江阴 214429) 摘要:成本子系统是江阴兴澄特种钢铁有限公司 ERP 系统的重要组成部分。为了争取在较短的时间内实现能 适应公司特钢经营生产情况的成本子系统，在系统实现过程中少走弯路，经过充分的调研和论证，通过将成熟 的普钢 ERP 成本子系统与特钢企业成本核算的特殊性进行有机结合，成功开发了特钢企业的 ERP 成本子系 统。兴澄特钢成本子系统通过收集基本的投入、产出等信息，结合特钢核算方法，实现了特钢成本核算的信息 化，做到了成本核算人为因素少和产品成本信息的真实可信，极大减少了成本核算人员的工作量，并贯穿产、供、 销全过程，形成了以财务为中心的 ERP 系统，在实际运行中取得了很好的效果。 关键词 :ERP; 信息化;成本子系统;成本核算;特钢企业 中圈分类号 :T凹 15 ;TF33 文献标志码 :B 文章编号: 1000-7059 ( 2012 )02-0016 -05 Realization of cost subsystem in 声，pecial steel enterprises ERP system based on general steel enterprises cost subsystem LI Qiu-jìan (Information Center , Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Works Co. ,Ltd. , Jiangyin 214429 ,China) Abstract: Cost subsystem ìs the ìmportant part of Jìangyìn Xingcheng special steel enterprises ERP system. In order to realize the cost subsystem to suit our special steel company s productìon and man? agement at a short period of time and avoìd detours , we had researched and demonstrated many costs sufficiently. At last , we implemented the special steel enterprises ERP cost subsystem successfully through assemblìng the successful case of the cost subsystem ìn general steel enterprises ERP system and the specìal character of the costing in special steel enterprises. This cost subsystem collects the messages of input and output including the full process of the product. Assembling these messages and special ste
