昆明医科大学学报 2014 , 35( 6) : 37- 41 CN 53 -12211R Journal of Kuruning Medical University ATBF1 在结直肠癌中的表达及其与转移相关性研究 钟林，陈飞，李强，邹兆伟，郑伟，黄宗海 (南方医科大学珠江医院普外科， 510280) [摘要]目的探讨ATBFl 在结直肠癌中的表达，分析其与结直肠癌转移相关性.方法通过激光共聚焦检 测 ATBFl 蛋白在转移性较强的 LOVO 细胞株及转移性相对较弱的 SW480 中的表达情况.同时用采用免疫组织化 学方法检测 146 例结直肠癌和癌旁组织中 ATBFl 的表达，分析 ATBF1 蛋白在转移和非转移组中的表达情况.结 果 LOVO 细胞株中的 ATBF1 蛋白表达量明显低于SW480 细胞株中 ATBF1 蛋白表达量.癌组织中的 ATBF1 的阳 性率为 52.1M毛明显低于癌旁组织中的 ATBF1 阳性表达率82.88?ι 转移组中 ATBF1 蛋白表达率为 50?毛，而非转移 组中 ATBFl 蛋白表达率为 67.86l毛-结论 ATBF1 在结直肠癌组织中呈低表达，表现为抑癌基因，与结直肠癌的 转移相关.
