The paper also researchs the clinical significance of expression on oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:This paper detects 30 labels of epithelium materialization in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissue : E-cadherin and cytokeratin, and stromal labels: N-cadherin, transcription factor Twist and expression of mRNA through the methods of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization.
